Example of Configuring Cash Budget

This example describes how you can configure cash budget for a single payment used for two invoices.

Consider paying two invoices with a single payment. The first invoice is for 100 USD and has two distributions. The second invoice is for 200 USD and only one distribution. You can partially pay the first invoice for 80 USD, and fully pay the second invoice.

This table describes how the account and amount of each invoice distribution work in reserving funds for cash budget.
