View Funds Status and Budget Details

Once the funds are reserved, you can view the payment funds status.

There’s more than one location to check the funds status. You can check the funds status for proposed payments as well as for completed payments.

Click on the link in Funds Status column to open the View Funds Status dialog box. It displays additional details about the fund’s reservation. For successful payments, you can find out about the applicable budget name and the remaining funds. If funds reservation ends in an error, these details let you know why the payment failed.

Funds Status of Proposed Payments

Here’s how you check funds status for a proposed payment:

  1. Navigate to the Payments dashboard.
  2. From the Tasks panel tab, click Manage Payment Process Requests.
  3. Select the status as Pending proposed payment review and search.
  4. Select the required result and click the Review proposed payments icon in the Action column.
  5. Check the Funds Status column in the Payments section.

Funds Status of Completed Payments

Similarly, you can also check the status of completed payments. Here are the steps to follow:

  1. Navigate to the Payments dashboard.
  2. From the Tasks panel tab, click Manage Payments.
  3. Select Payment Process Request as the payment type and search.
  4. Check the Funds Status column.

You can also drill down further to the payment details.

  1. Click the payment number of the required result.
  2. Check the Funds Status field.

You can also check the funds status of a completed payment by accessing the payment file details. Follow these steps to do so:

  1. Navigate to the Payments dashboard.
  2. From the Tasks panel tab, click Manage Payment Files.
  3. Search using the required fields and select the result.
  4. Scroll to the Payments section and check the Funds Status column.
