Manage Transactions

You can define the collection documents processing controls at the invoice level. This is the lowest possible level and takes precedence over any other configuration at the customer account, account site, or localization system options levels.

To configure the collection documents processing at the transactions level, follow these steps:
  1. Navigate to Receivables and Billing.
  2. Click the Tasks icon.
  3. From the Transactions menu, select Manage Transactions (or Create Transaction, if new).
  4. Search the invoice (or create new).
  5. Click the Show More link.
  6. Select the Miscellaneous tab.
  7. In the Generate Bill field, enter Yes.
  8. Click Regional Information and select Transactions for Brazil.
  9. Enter these bank transfer related fields:
    1. Select Amount or Rate in the Interest Type field.
    2. Enter a value in the Interest Rate or Amount field.
    3. Enter a value in the Interest Period field.
    4. Select either Compound or Simple in the Interest Formula field.
    5. Enter a value in the Interest Grace Days field.
    6. Select eitherAmount or Rate in the Interest Penalty Type field.
    7. Enter a value in the Interest Penalty Rate or Amount field.
    Note: You can only select the completed transactions in the Bank Collection Remittance Batch process.
