How can I review project and contract information by customer account?
You can use the Review Customer Account Details page to review project and contract transactions by customer account.
The information includes for each transaction: Project Name, Contract Number, Letter of Credit (LOC) Number, and Letter of Credit (LOC) Document Number.
Note: This only applies to Project and Contract invoices that were
generated in the Create or Edit Contract page with the Invoice Grouping option set as
Associated Project on the contract bill plan.
Select and review all transactions in the context of the Contracts and Projects source.
To review project and contract transactions by customer account:
- Navigate to the Review Customer Account Details page.
- Search for and select the customer account you want.
- In the Account Details section, click the Activities tab.
- In the View Activities by Source field, select Contracts and Projects.
- Select the View > Columns action to expose the Project Name, Contract Number, LOC Number, and LOC Document Number columns.
