Party Default Trading Partner TAS Update Process
The Party Default Trading Partner TAS process will select the Default Trading Partner TAS on the supplier site or customer account. It will then analyze whether the Default Trading Partner TAS has expired. If the Default Trading Partner TAS is not expired, the process leaves the Default Trading Partner TAS unchanged. If the Default Trading Partner TAS is expired the process will attempt to replace the Default Trading Partner TAS. When this process is complete a report with two sections is produced. One section will show the Default TAS that were replaced, and the other shows the Default Trading Partner TAS that were removed.
Party Default Trading Partner TAS Update Report
The Party Default Trading Partner TAS Update Report will be produced after the Update Party Default Trading Partner TAS process is complete. This report shows the Trading Partner TASs that were replaced during the Update Party Default Trading Partner TAS Process.
The columns on this report include:
- Party Name
- Party Type
- Party Account Number
- Supplier Site
- Old Trading Partner TAS
- New Trading Partner TAS
Party Default Trading Partner TAS Removed Report
The Party Default Trading Partner TAS Removed Report will be produced after the Update Party Default Trading Partner TAS process is completed. This report shows the Default Trading Partner TASs that were removed during the Update Party Default Trading Partner TAS Process.
