Run the Party Default Trading Partner TAS Update Process
This process will analyze whether the Default Trading Partner TAS on the supplier or customer account has expired. If the Default Trading Partner TAS is expired the process will determine if there is a new Trading Partner TAS that can replace the expired Default Trading Partner TAS. If there is a match, the process will replace the expired Default Trading Partner TAS with the new one. If a new Default Trading Partner TAS cannot be determined, the expired Default Trading Partner TAS is removed.
To run the Party Default Trading Partner TAS Update process:
- From the Navigator, select Tools > Scheduled Processes.
- Click Schedule New Process.
- Search for and select the Update Party Default Trading Partner TAS job.
- Click OK.
- Complete the following attributes:
Attribute Description Fiscal Year Enter the old fiscal year.
Party Type Identify what the process will update. Party Status Identify which supplier sites are selected.
Agency Identifier Filter by agency identifier.
- Click Submit.
A confirmation message appears, indicating that the process has been submitted.
