Update Account Address Set Assignments

You can update account address set assignment details for an EFT indicator for a trading partner.

1. On the Home page, select U.S. Federal Financials and then click SAM Trading Partners.

2. On Manage SAM Trading Partners, search for and select the UEI-EFT indicator record.

3. Click Account Address Set Assignment.

   Note:

   The Account Address Set Assignment button is enabled only if the trading partner’s registration status is "Active" or account address set assignments exist for the record.

4. On Manage Account Address Set Assignments, click the Edit icon for the EFT indicator record for which you want to update the account address set assignment details.

5. Update the following fields as applicable:

   • Account Address Set: You can update this field only if one of these conditions is met:

     • There are no account address set assignments for the UEI

     • An account address set is assigned but the Customer Process Status has a value other than Processed

   • Customer Account: You can update this field only if an account address set is populated for the EFT indicator record.

6. Click the Apply icon.
7. Click Submit.
