View Customer Details

You can view the customer information for a trading partner after you assign an account address set to a UEI (unique entity identifier)/EFT indicator and the customer and customer account site information has been updated in Oracle Receivables.

  1. On the Home page, select U.S. Federal Financials and then click SAM Trading Partners.

  2. On Manage SAM Trading Partners, select the UEI record for which you want to view the customer details. You can also use the Search field to search for the UEI and then select the UEI.

  3. From the More Actions menu, click View Customer.

    Note:

    The View Customer option will be enabled only if the customer association has been successfully updated in Receivables.

    Review the customer’s SAM details on the Customer page.
