Do existing BPM approval rules still apply?

Yes. Existing BPM approval rules continue to route submitted expense reports. Expenses Agent doesn’t change your organization’s approval workflow.

If an approver rejects a report or requests additional information, the employee receives the standard notification and can take the required action.
