Enable Mobile Experience

To access Expenses Agent on a mobile device and receive push notifications, use the browser-based Progressive Web App (PWA) and sign in using your credentials.

Expenses Agent is available on both desktop and mobile devices and doesn’t use the legacy Oracle Expenses mobile applications.

Note: This isn’t a traditional mobile app that you install from the Apple App Store or Google Play. Instead, add the Progressive Web App (PWA) to your device’s home screen from a supported mobile browser.
  1. Open a mobile browser and go to your environment URL:

    <company domain>/fscmUI/redwood/expense/home

  2. Sign in using SSO and two-factor authentication (2FA).
  3. Add the app to your home screen:
    • iOS (Safari/Chrome): Share > Add to Home Screen
    • Android: Menu (three dots) > Add to Home Screen > Create shortcut
  4. Launch the saved app or shortcut. Allow push notifications if prompted.
  5. In the app settings, turn on automatic submission (if enabled for your organization) and set your user preferences.
Note: For expenses created from emailed receipts that require the desktop Oracle Expenses experience, the Mark as Cash swipe action isn't available on mobile. To change the payment method from Corporate Card to Cash or Personal Funds, use the Expense Details page on desktop.
