Employees typically interact with Expenses Agent by forwarding receipts and responding to occasional requests for additional information, rather than manually building expense reports.

Today, employees primarily interact with Expenses Agent through Oracle Expenses. As new interaction channels become available, the same agent capabilities can be accessed through those experiences while continuing to deliver the same Touchless Expenses workflow.
