What happens if the receipt arrives before the corporate card transaction?

If a receipt is received before the corresponding corporate card transaction, the expense remains in Pending Final Charge until the transaction is received and matched.

Pending Final Charge expenses aren’t included in the current automatic submission cycle. They remain on the home page until they’re complete and eligible for submission.
