Use the following common troubleshooting steps to resolve any insights and payment options issues with the Payments Agent.

ROI calculations show default rates instead of customer specific DD or VCC rates	RAG documents weren’t uploaded, saved, published, or processed.	Upload the documents correctly, set them to Ready to Publish, run Process Agent Documents, and confirm publication.
RAG documents are uploaded but remain unpublished	The upload or publishing process was incomplete.	Reupload if needed, run the publish process, and confirm the documents show Published.
External financing programs aren't available during payment opportunity analysis.	The external financing program information isn't included in the published RAG documents or the documents haven't been published successfully.	Verify that the external financing program information is included in the uploaded RAG documents, rerun the Process Agent Documents scheduled process, and confirm that all documents have a status of Published in AI Agent Studio.
