What is an ad hoc Virtual Card offer?

An ad hoc Virtual Card offer proposes Virtual Card payment to a supplier that isn't already enrolled in a Virtual Card program, typically in exchange for revised payment terms.

It is a one-time arrangement that applies to the installments included in the offer.

Create the draft offer in the Payment Options Assistant. After confirmation, the selected installments are soft-locked. Use the Supplier Offers Assistant to review, approve, send, and monitor the offer.

If the supplier accepts the offer, a one-time digital payment account is created for the supplier site if one doesn't already exist, and the agreed Virtual Card payment method and payment terms are applied to the accepted installments. This doesn't create a standing Virtual Card enrollment.
