Why do I see missing or misaligned structured document data in AI Agent Studio?

When processing structured documents in AI Agent Studio, some data may be missing or misaligned in the extracted output. This issue commonly occurs with structured PDFs containing multi-page tables, repeated headers or footers, line-level details, quantities, amounts, totals, or similar tabular data. It can occur when these PDFs are uploaded through chat, processed by the document tool, or used as business object attachments. Although the documents might process successfully, the extracted data may not fully preserve the original document structure.

Resolution

Upgrade to the AI Agent Studio configurations or subscriptions included in 26B Cumulative Weekly Bundle (CWB) dated May 29, 2026 or later to benefit from the enhanced structured document parsing capabilities.
