How do I configure the retention period for generative AI data?

You can configure the retention period using the Retention period for Generative AI Data profile option. Data older than the configured retention period is automatically deleted.

  1. In the Setup and Maintenance work area, search for the Manage Administrator Profile Values task using the search link in the TasksTasks panel.

  2. Search for the Retention period for Generative AI Data (ORA_FAI_DATA_RETENTION_DAYS) profile option.
  3. Set the value at the Site profile level to a number between 90 and 365 days. If no value is specified, the default retention period of 90 days will be applied.
