Change the Article Rating Types
Agents, customers, and other users can rate knowledge articles. At the site level, you can choose between having no ratings on knowledge articles, a 5-star scale, or Like/Dislike.
To enable the rating of knowledge articles:
- Sign in as an administrator.
- Go to Setup and Maintenance.
- Select the Service or Help Desk offering and click Knowledge Management.
- Click the Manage Knowledge Common Profile Options task.
- Click CSO_CONTENT_RATING_TYPE.
- Select one of the following profile value for your site:
- 5 Star Rating
- Like/Dislike Rating
- Click Save and Close.
