Change the Article Rating Types

Agents, customers, and other users can rate knowledge articles. At the site level, you can choose between having no ratings on knowledge articles, a 5-star scale, or Like/Dislike.

To enable the rating of knowledge articles:

  1. Sign in as an administrator.
  2. Go to Setup and Maintenance.
  3. Select the Service or Help Desk offering and click Knowledge Management.
  4. Click the Manage Knowledge Common Profile Options task.
  5. Click CSO_CONTENT_RATING_TYPE.
  6. Select one of the following profile value for your site:
    • 5 Star Rating
    • Like/Dislike Rating
  7. Click Save and Close.
