Does searching for knowledge articles also include article content?

When searching knowledge, it searches the entire article, which includes article title, article body, and its attachments.

For attachments, it matches the search terms in the attachment file name. If it's a text attachment, it also searches the content of the attachment.

Only article titles will be searched if you're using the auto-complete feature while searching. For example, while searching in My Knowledge with the Redwood User Experience with auto-complete, it searches only the article titles.

Tip: Use meaningful titles for your articles. This helps users to easily differentiate between the articles returned in the search results.
