How do I color code the Service Request Severity field?

You can color code the Severity field in Service request records by enabling a profile option.

Here's how you do it:

1. In Setup and Maintenance, click the Tasks icon.
2. In the Search Tasks field, enter Manage Service Request Severities.
3. On the Service Request Severities page, configure your severity values, and create more if needed, set the color for each, and then click Save and Close.
