How can I save column widths on the Service Center home page?

You can create a copy of the Service Request list page with the column widths you set.

Here's how:

1. On the Service Request list page, widen the columns as needed.
2. Click the Actions menu, select Save.
3. Give the list a name, and click Update.

   View your new Service Request list.
