Can I get a record of returned emails?

If an agent sends an email, and for some reason it doesn't make it out of Fusion, message is logged. This is known as a soft bounce.

If the message makes it out of Fusion and isn't deliverable to a customer for any reason such as incorrect email address, a problem with the delivery client, and so on) it's not detected by Fusion, or retained by Fusion. This is known as a hard bounce.
