How do I view All Service Requests?
Service Center provides a ready to use search called All Service Requests that enables you to view all your service requests.
Note: This saved search is provided by Oracle and must be retained.
Unsharing this saved search might have negative impacts on your user experience.
If All Service Requests doesn't appear in the Search bar drop-down list, here's how you enable it:
- From the Service homepage, click Workspace, the Workspace tile.
- Click the drop-down list, and select Manage Saved Searches.
- Select Workspace List.
- Click the Manage List drop-down list, and select Service Requests.
- Make sure the Shared With value for All Service Requests is set to Everyone.
- Click Save and Close.
