Can I manually delete a closed help desk request?

You can't delete a closed request manually. The Delete Closed HR Help Desk Requests job will delete closed requests that have been closed the number of days specified in the ORA_SVC_CLOSED_HRHD_RETENTION_DAYS profile option.
