How do I make sure the only resources shown in the AssignTo field are associated with the queue that's assigned to the help desk request?
To limit the AssignTo field options to only included members of the queue:
- Navigate to Setup and Maintenance and search for the Manage Administrator Profile Values task.
- Search for the ORA_HELP_DESK_ASSIGNEE_LIST in the Profile Option Code.
- Change the Profile Value to QueueMembers.
Note:
You won't see the changes until the next time you sign in.
If you're changing the assigned queue, you don't need to save the new queue before the new AssignTo takes effect.
