Automatically expand service request messages

Service request messages appear to users in the activity stream where the message content might not all be visible. To view all the message content the user might need to click the Show More link for each message.

To automatically expand all message content, you need to set the profile option ORA_SVC_MESSAGE_SET_EXPAND_MODE to Yes. The default value is No.

1. In Setup and Maintenance, click the Tasks icon and search and select Manage Administrator Profile Values.
2. Enter ORA_SVC_MESSAGE_SET_EXPAND_MODE in the Profile Option Code field.
3. Set the Site value to Yes, then save your changes.
