Create a Slack App for Fusion Sales and Service

To create a Slack app for Oracle Fusion Sales and Service:

  1. Navigate to: https://api.slack.com/apps

  2. Click Create an App.

  3. In the Create a Slack App dialog box, in the App Name field, type a suitable app name.

  4. From the Development Slack Workspace drop-down list, select the workspace where you want the Fusion Sales and Fusion Service integration to be deployed.

  5. Click Create App.
