Use the Insights Dashboard

This procedure covers using the insights dashboard.

  1. Sign in to Fusion Service as a user with the following roles: CRM SVC Attribute Detection Administrator and Adaptive Intelligence Applications Administrator.
  2. Click the Tools menu.
  3. In the Quick Actions pane, click AI Apps Administration.
  4. From the list of AI applications on the Application Administration page, click Service Request Classification.
  5. On the Configure SR Classification page, click the Insights tab.
  6. On the Accuracy and Coverage page, click the Category or Product tab, depending on which report you want to view.
  7. Select one of the following options from the Insights drop-down list:
    • SR Count: Shows the count of SRs that are correctly labeled, incorrectly labeled, unlabeled, and manually labeled or relabeled.
    • Accuracy: Shows the accuracy percentage. This is the percentage of correctly labeled SRs out of the total number of SRs that were labeled by AI.
    • Coverage: Shows the coverage percentage. This is the percentage of correctly and incorrectly labeled SRs out of the total number of SRs that were labeled by AI.
  8. Do one of the following:
    • Set Exact Match to On if you want the label to be counted as correct when there’s an exact match between actual and predicted values for product or category.
    • Set Exact Match to Offif you want the label to be counted as correct when there’s a match within the same hierarchy.
  9. In the Display by drop-down list, select one of the following options:
    • By Day
    • By Month
    • By Year
  10. In the first date picker, select the start date for the report.
  11. In the second date picker, select the end date for the report.
