Validate the Setup

Validate the settings to see whether your model is working and that you’re able to make a call to the prediction service.

  1. Open the Tasks panel tab and click Search.
  2. Search for and click the following task: Manage Email Configuration, Registration, and Validation.
  3. On the Inbound Email Configuration and Validation page, navigate to the SR Classification area.
  4. Navigate to the Test SR Classification API area.
    Here, you simulate an inbound email.
  5. Enter a subject in the Subject field.
  6. In the Plain Text Body field, enter the text for the body of the email.
  7. From the Stripe Code drop-down list, select the relevant stripe code.
  8. From the Business Unit drop-down list, select the relevant business unit.
  9. Enter a value in the Language field. For example, English. The language must be a one that is read from left to right.
  10. Click Validate.
  11. If the validation is successful, a tick mark is displayed.
    This tick mark indicates that the process is working successfully. And it indicates that you’re able to make a call to the SR Classification API that’s deployed on the Adaptive Intelligence Apps platform. The Attribute Predictions area displays the attribute name, value, and accuracy for the prediction.
    Note: If the data set of SRs in the Fusion Service database isn’t very good, the accuracy and confidence of the prediction is low.
