Test the Classification for New Requests

After completing the validations, you can conduct a test to see whether the category, and product are being stamped on the newly created service request (SR).

Before you start

Note: If the values of the profile options for prediction threshold are high, then it's possible that the category and product aren't stamped on the request. Therefore, it’s a good idea to lower the threshold values using the profile options before sending the test email.

Here's what to do

  1. Send a test email to the appropriate email channel that’s synced with the predicted business unit.
  2. Open the request and view the details in the Summary tab.
  3. Verify whether the prediction attributes are present on the request.
  4. After you complete testing, you can reset the values of the profile options for prediction threshold per your requirements.
