Overview of Times Displayed for the Access Points

This table describes the meaning of the different times displayed for each email address.

Column Name

Description

Last Read Time

When a time is displayed in this column, and the other two columns are blank, this indicates the following:

An email address is configured with the UMS server, but the access point isn't registered. So, the UMS reads the email from the inbox but isn't able to deliver it to the access point, because an access point doesn't exist.

Maps to the DELIVERY_TO_CLIENT_FAILURE status of the UMS server.

Last Successful Read Time

When the Last Successful Process Time is blank, this indicates that the access point is registered, but the scheduled inbound poll job hasn't run.

The UMS reads the email from the inbox and delivers it to the access point, but the scheduled job hasn't run.

Maps to the DELIVERY_TO_CLIENT_PENDING status of the UMS server.

Last Successful Process Time

Indicates the last time when the email was read by the scheduled inbound poll job.

Maps to the DELIVERY_TO_CLIENT_SUCCESS status of the UMS server.
