Disable the Service Center dashboard button

The Service Center dashboard shortcut appears by default next to the Create Service Request button on the Service Request list page. Though this shortcut icon gives agents a quick way to access the Service Center dashboard, it might not fit with your implementation.

Here's how you can disable it:

  1. From the Service Request list page, click the Settings and Actions menu, and select Edit Page in Visual Builder Studio.
  2. Select a workspace, then Oracle CX Service UI Extension App.
  3. Expand Service Center, then service > ec > sr.
  4. Click the Variables tab.
  5. In the Constants list select showDashboardButton.
  6. In the Constant properties pane, click the Default Value drop-down list and select false.
  7. Preview your changes, then publish.
