Update Functional Setup Manager with Credentials of Your Microsoft Teams App

To update the Functional Setup Manager (FSM) in Fusion Service with the credentials of your Microsoft Teams app:

  1. Sign in to Service Center as a setup user or administrator.

  2. In the Setup and Maintenance work area, go to the Tasks panel tab.

  3. Search for and click Manage Microsoft Teams Credentials.

    The Manage Collaboration Network Credentials page is displayed.

  4. In the Collaboration Network Application Credentials region, enter the required information in the following fields:

    • Client ID: Enter the Application Client ID that you copied from the Azure portal. For more information, see Register Your Microsoft Teams App in the Azure Portal.

    • Client Secret: Enter the password that you generated in the App passwords region of the Bots page. For more information, see step 3 in Set Up a Bot User for Your Microsoft Teams App.

  5. Click Save and Close.
