Steps to Enable Help Desk

To enable Help Desk, you need to complete the following steps:

1. Enable the Help Desk offering and features in Setup and Maintenance.
2. Enable Elastic Search.
3. Set Global Locale for Knowledge (if applicable).
4. Grant job roles to your test users to access the UI.
