Generate a Knowledge Article from a Source Document Using AI
You can utilize AI to create an article from a document. This helps you overcome the blank‑page problem by turning source materials into publishable articles.
To create an article from a file:
- Navigate to Knowledge > Authoring.
- Click Create Article and select FAQ.
- Click AI Assist and select File.
- Provide a summary.
- Select the required file and click Generate.
This generates a draft article using the information in the file.
- Update the draft as required and click Create.
