Generate a Knowledge Article from a Source Document Using AI

You can utilize AI to create an article from a document. This helps you overcome the blank‑page problem by turning source materials into publishable articles.

To create an article from a file:

  1. Navigate to Knowledge > Authoring.
  2. Click Create Article and select FAQ.
  3. Click AI Assist and select File.
  4. Provide a summary.
  5. Select the required file and click Generate.

    This generates a draft article using the information in the file.

  6. Update the draft as required and click Create.
