Add Information

To edit individual fields related to the selected service request record, use the actions in the Action Bar on the Help Desk Request Details page.

Place your cursor in the Action Bar and select one of the most frequently used actions (common suggestions). Or, start typing an action or search word, and the Action Bar displays suggestions that you can select from a list. To make suggestions, the Action Bar looks for key verbs and names of objects and fields.

In the Action Bar, enter add to view a list of related items you can add. Here's a list of the related items you can add to a help desk request:
