Update Solution Details

The Solution Description section of the Summary section shows after completing the Resolve Service Request action in the Action Bar on the Help Desk Request Details page.

If required, the Outcome, Resolution, and Solution Description can be updated in this section.

  1. Click in the Solution Details section and begin editing or adding information.

  2. Update Outcome, Resolution, and Solution Description.

    You can insert SmartText by typing # to display a list of plain SmartText entries, and type-ahead to progressively search and filter this list.

  3. Click Save.
