View the Details of an Action

The actions and plans that have been applied to the selected request are in the Actions and Plans list of the Service Request Details page.

The actions and plans are sorted with the next item due at the top of the list. Here's how to view action details:

1. Navigate to the Service Request Details page.
2. Click the More icon (the vertical three dots icon) on an the line for the action you want to view.
3. Click View Details.

   Depending on the type of object, the details of the selected action are displayed either inline in the panel, or in a separate browser tab.
