Balance Categories for UAE

The following global categories are enabled for UAE:

Absences
Earnings
Employer Charges
Information
Miscellaneous
Social Insurance Deductions
Direct Payments
Involuntary Deductions
Pre-Statutory Deductions
Voluntary Deductions
Total Earnings
Note: When creating a new balance in implementation phase, it must be associated to one of the predefined categories and categories can't be added or modified in implementation phase.
