How You Resubmit Approval Transactions

You can resubmit approval transactions that are stuck due to a server-related issue or transactions that have unfixable errors.

If transactions have unfixable errors, then you need to terminate such transactions and resubmit them after correcting the underlying issue.

First your administrator needs to enable resubmitting approval transactions.

You can resubmit approval transactions that are in any of these states:

• Stuck
• Aborted
• Withdrawn
• Rejected

Select the transactions in the Transaction Summary tab and then select the Resubmit action. Note that this action may not be visible if any existing approval transaction can potentially contradict with any of the transactions selected for resubmission.
