You can use HCM Experience Design Studio to modify the look and feel of the Oracle
Digital Assistant chat widget and allow users to add custom icons.
For non Redwood-based interfaces, you can allow users to drag the chatbot launch
button out of the way when it's blocking content on the web page. You can also allow
users to add a custom icon for the Ask button.
You can also create custom text for the chatbot widget using the User Interface Text
tool in the sandbox.

Enable a sandbox and then edit your pages at the site level.

Click Digital Assistant Configuration from the side
menu.

From the Digital Assistant list, select the application for which you want to
configure the chat widget.

In the Features and Functionality Configuration section, select the
Enable launch button dragging check box.
Note: For Redwood interfaces, this check box isn't available. You can however
configure all other features as required.

You can set the layout and choose the theme from the Layout section.

You can specify custom colors for various areas of the chatbot widget. Expand
the Show Area Legend section to identify the areas where you can apply custom
colors.

In the Custom Icons section, select the Use custom check
box for the Ask launch button, and specify the URL of the image asset for the
logo.
Note: The Ask button can be configured for only for non Redwood
interfaces.
This icon is responsive to screen sizes. It will automatically scale down to
48 x 48 pixels if the screen width is below 789 pixels, and to 64 x 64 pixels if
the screen width is above 789 pixels.
