Configure Lookup Codes

You must set up this lookup code for the process to construct the file name for the payload that's being sent by both the real-time integration and the batch integration through HCM Extracts.

Lookup Type	Lookup Code	What Does It Do?
ADP_GPY_OUT_FILENAME_COMP	ADP_GPY_SYSTEM_NUMBER	This lookup code is a system number that forms part of the output file name sent to ADP Global Payroll. ADP must provide this value and it's a concatenation of ADP GlobalView system number and Client Number.

Baseline Extracts Run

Run a baseline extract immediately after your regular periodical run of ADP extracts when,

• You're sending HCM data through HCM Extracts to ADP Global Payroll

• Switching to the Oracle Payroll Connect integration for the new hire feeds

Let's take an example. If you're currently running the extract Payroll Interface for ADP Global Payroll in Incremental or Changes Only mode, you must run this extract in baseline mode. After this run, start the Real Time Integration Service for External Payroll ESS job. This job will start to monitor any new-hire data in Oracle HCM Cloud from then.
