Overview of Statutory Reports for Kuwait

As a payroll manager, you can run a number of statutory reports that are to be submitted to external organizations such as the social insurance office.

Run Report 55

Kuwaiti Detailed Salary Statement report. This is a statutory report with salary details of the insured employees in the private and oil sectors, as of January of a specific year.

Run Report 56

Commencements and Terminations of Additional Contributions report. This is a statutory report with details of commencement and termination of supplementary or complementary insurance for employees who are Kuwaiti citizens.

On hiring or termination of an employee, first month of the year, or the month in which the contribution to complementary or supplementary insurance starts.

Employer information, employee name, hire date or termination date, application type, and contribution details.

Run Report 103

Kuwaiti New Hires and Termination report. This is a statutory report that lists all the details of newly hired and terminated employees who are Kuwaiti citizens. This report must be submitted to the social insurance office.

Employer information, details of newly hired employees, terminated employees, salary details, and supplementary social insurance contribution details.

Run Report 166

Kuwaiti Monthly Contributions report. This report contains details of monthly contributions of all employees to be paid to the Public Institution for Social Security (PIFSS).
