Manage Warnings from the Portal

This is the case where a file is sent back to you with warnings.

These are changes that were not identifiable either by Fusion validation check or by the initial checks made by the teachers’ pension portal. You will need to download the file from the portal, check the warnings, and correct the data in Fusion.

Then, once you have initiated the Generate TPS Monthly Contributions Reconciliation File process for the following month and that Archive TPS Information task status is Complete, insert each case (error) number returned by TPS directly into that new archive, against the particular record that fixes the issue.
