End of Year Benefit Statement

You can run the process called Run Employee Payrolled Benefits Statement provides employees with the details of taxable amount for each benefit processed through payroll during the tax year.

The Annual Benefits Statement (ABS) can be for a specific TRU within the PSU with further selection for available for payroll relationship group and process configuration group.

Any benefit switched part way in the tax year for P11D reporting, will only show the taxable cost for the period(s) processed through payroll. The P11D benefits statement should show the remainder of the taxable cost of that benefit. Your employees can have both, an annual benefits statement plus a P11D expenses and benefits statement in a tax year.

Like other End of Year reports, the ABS is available as a document on the Documents Record library called Annual Benefits Statement. The archive task will output an audit file and after checking this, you can mark the verification task to complete for the next task to generate the statements can proceed.

The output from this process is a file with all the Benefit statements which will be loaded automatically to the DOR library. The document can be made available for employee self-service by setting up the defaults at Org level on DOR setup.

This output file from the process can also be printed as required to provide hard copy to your employees.
