Review and Resolve Participant Action Items

As a benefits administrator, here's how you resolve action items for a participant.

  1. Click Navigator > Benefits Administration > Enrollment.
  2. Search for the participant.
  3. Ensure that the current effective date is before the action item's due date.
  4. In the Benefits Summary page of the participant, click Pending Action Items on the scorecard.
  5. Click an action item's link. In the page that appears, provide the required details to resolve the item.
