How to Review the Objects Processed in a Data Set

The Total Objects column in both the Data Sets and Business Objects tables shows the number of processed business objects . When the number is greater than zero, clicking it opens the Object Status page.

The Object Status page provides the following information for the business objects and component in the data set:

• User Key, Source System Identifier and Source System Owner
• Reference Names and Reference Values
• Import Status
• Load Status
• Roll Back Status
• Object Details which opens the Object Hierarchy page.
• You can filter the list by:
  • Specified business object in the data set
  • Specified Load Status
  • Specified reference value

You can generate and download a spreadsheet for HCM Spreadsheet Data Loader data sets on the Import and Load Data page.

• Click the spreadsheet icon in the Review column of the Data Sets table.
  Note: You can only download those data sets for which you have the access to view.
