How You Audit the Configure HCM Data Loader Parameters

Monitor changes to the parameters that control the behavior and availability of bulk-loading functionality by enabling an audit of the parameters available on Configure HCM Data Loader.

To enable audit for Configure HCM Data Loader:
  1. Perform the Manage Audit Policies task in the Setup and Maintenance work area.
  2. Configure the audit parameters for Oracle Fusion Applications.
  3. Select HCM Common Architecture as the Product.
  4. Check the checkbox for Configure HCM Data Loader Parameters and select the node in the hierarchy.
  5. Add attribute Parameter Value.
  6. Save your changes.

Changes made using the Configure HCM Data Loader task will now be audited.

To review the audit report for Configure HCM Data Loader:
  1. Navigate to Tools > Audit Reports.
  2. Select the Product as HCM Common Architecture and the Business Object Type as Configure HCM Data Loader Parameters.
  3. Select a date and click Search.
  4. On the table toolbar, check the Show Attribute Details and Show Additional Object Identifier Columns checkboxes.
  5. Select All Attributes within the Show Attribute Details choice list.
