Evaluation Criteria and HCM Group Membership

You can use personal and employment criteria to define conditions that people need to meet to get included in a group or excluded.

Here are some personal criteria you can use:

  • Person Type
  • Date of Birth
  • Full Name

Here are some employment criteria you can use:

  • Assignment Status
  • Bargaining Unit
  • Collective Agreement
  • Department Name
  • Job Name
  • Labor Union
  • Location

Example

You create the Associate Marketers group, which includes hourly individuals in the Marketing department. You define the conditions, as shown here.
