Set Up the Job Role for the Analyze Rule Processing Details Task

Here's how you set up the job role so that the appropriate people can use the Analyze Rule Processing Details task. This task is in the Time Management work area.

  1. On the Settings and Actions menu, click Setup and Maintenance. Open the menu by clicking your sign in on the global header.
  2. On the Tasks panel tab, click Search.
  3. On the Search page, search for and open the Manage Job Roles task.
  4. Click the Users task tab.
  5. On the User Accounts page, search for and select the appropriate user name.
  6. Click Edit.
  7. On the Edit User Account page, click Edit.
  8. Click Add Role.
  9. On the Add Role Membership dialog box, search for and select Time and Labor Administrator Role-TL1.
  10. Click Add Role Membership.
  11. On the Edit User Account page, click Save and Close.
  12. Sign out of the application.
  13. Sign in to the application.
  14. In the Time Management work area, open the Analyze Rule Processing Details page and confirm that you can now see the Worker drop-down list.
