Anytime Feedback Notifications
You can notify workers and their managers when they receive anytime feedback in their Feedback spotlight page and in Connections.
You can enable or disable notifications sent to the manager or worker using the Talent Notifications task. You can access the task in one of these ways:
- Go to the Setup and Maintenance work area, select Workforce Deployment from Setup, and select Workforce Profiles in Functional Area. Select the Talent Notifications task and click the Profile Management tab.
- Go to My Client Groups > Performance > Talent Notifications and click the Profile Management tab.
Enable or disable these options as per your business needs:
- Feedback Notification to Manager
- Feedback Notification to Worker
